    The plant was great. I did get a call from you what I ordered was not available, but was not able to get the call or respond. The only thing I would mention is with both the service fee and delivery fee the price was pretty steep. I assumed the service fee covered delivery also so was surprised to see the additional delivery fee on the bill. Just an honest feed back that your flower prices seem high. I know things are expensive, but to have some lower priced options may be helpful.

    The service was fast and the plant was beautiful and healthy. However the planter shown in the picture was not the same as the plastic one it was delivered in which was a little disappointing.

"When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike and color and/or variety substitutions of flowers and containers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary."
